លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information technology, or related fields.
- IIBA Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) is a plus or other related BA training skill.
- 4+ years of proven experience in systems, business, and data analysis.
- Experience with operational systems required.
- Advanced knowledge of data analysis techniques.
- Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Process modeling.
