To be responsible for all core banking integration requirements by getting requirement from integrated system, build ear file and flex cube deployment as required. Providing solutions, Parameterize and setup new product, change basic maintenance and new products to improvise on the banking requirements.

- The system maintains and products set up based on requests from stakeholders.
- Looking into the Core Banking and reporting issues and providing the required solutions in time, tuning the performance, training the staff and the team on the related functionality and required skills.
- Investigate found user/system problems by performing a root cause analysis, verifying by test case scenarios and collecting required data/log information to be sent to the Oracle support for resolution.
- Monitor key performance indicators for Flex cube operations, services and reports on exceptions while initiating corrective action.
- Organize thorough verifications/tests of a solution sent by Oracle-support in UAT/SIT environment before deploying to production.
- Keep up to date with Flex cube system architectural components, transaction processing workflow at the components, database object level, frontend functionality and backend object.
- Other Flex cube maintenance and parameterization eg: branch parameter, bank parameter, account class creation, bank code, routing number, terminal Id, CL product, IC product, etc.

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Core Banking Systems or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of SQL statements.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and Red Hat Linux.
- Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting principles, as well as banking operations.
- Experience with PL/SQL, Java, or C# is a plus.
- Strong integrity, positive attitude, helpfulness, commitment, competence, and motivation.
- Ability to organize tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- High commitment to quality delivery and willingness to learn new technologies.
