Support Branch operations to ensure that policies and guidelines are properly and correctly implemented without errors.
ទំនួលខុសត្រូវការងារ
- Assist LM and manage a team to strictly monitor daily branch operation transactions to ensure Branches comply with bank Policies/Guidelines.
- Assist LM in verifying and monitoring the Branch Budget and ensure branches proceed with expense transactions correctly.
- Assist LM to monitor branches on cash arrangement and ensure branches properly manage Vault Limit and branch cash movement.
- Train and guide branches to well manage cash and vault to prevent risks and audit findings.
- Access CCTV to spot-check and investigate errors, non-complied acts...etc. for setting up controls needed to prevent fraud and eliminate errors at the branch level.
- Assist and guide branches to complete Drill Mission within the plan to ensure well-preparedness for branch BCP.
- Provide initiative ideas to build up the workable reports and issue instructions/guidelines for process simplification.
- Provide support and solutions to branches for issues found/ repeated audit issue findings...etc. and facilitate with related departments to fix/ rectify and close the cases.
- Participate in Project working group related to the branch
លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance and Banking or other related fields.
- Proficiency in English for both spoken and written and Chinese is a plus.
- At least experience 3 years in Banking operation/ related sectors.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Proactive, flexible, and a good team player.
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Word and Excel.
