Manage and support counter staff to ensure the service is delivered to customers effectively within SLA and responsible for branch cash management and branch expenses.

- Support and guide the counter team to process transactions over the counter for customers accurately to meet customer expectations.
- Cross-sell all types of bank products and services and refer customers to achieve branch targets.
- Monitor and verify properly on CSO/Teller transaction processing to eliminate errors and improve audit rating.
- Manage and monitor stock in use (security and facility items) to serve daily customers and minimum risk.
- Check and verify the Teller/CSO daily and monthly reports accuracy.
- Coach and train all staff under supervision to ensure they can perform their job well and comply with policies and procedures.
- Manage and be responsible for customer complaint resolution.
- Responsible for control and compliance requirements at the branch level such as AML report, customer profile review, etc.
- Collaboration with the team to create a friendly working environment and culture.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
លក្ខខណ្ឌការងារ

- Bachelor’s degree in finance and banking or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations work.
- Understand the core banking system (Flexcube).
- Able to use English or Chinese is a plus.
- Able to use MS Office.
- Proactive, flexible, and a good team player.
- Integrity, confidentially, and willing to work in a flexible time.
- Strong interpersonal, leading team, and communication.
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
