Assistant Manager, CMS & Switching

Position Summary

This role will be responsible for managing technical aspects in all activities of CMS & Switching and providing collaboration efforts with business and technical stakeholders under the IT Applications department to deliver the projects and support daily technical BAU.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing technical aspects of CMS and switching and integrating with card schemes/other channels/payment third parties.
  • Managing and ensuring CMS & switching is well performing and adhering to necessary compliance such as with business requirements, international card schemes, Regulatory, Security, PCI, and External/Internal Audit.
  • Managing system environment setting up/maintaining in SIT/UAT/Pre-Pro, configuration on application, and simulation test system.
  • Managing HSM machine and Personalization/Embossing machine.
  • Managing issue troubleshooting/fixing and incidents about CMS system and problem-solving with internal & external stakeholders and system vendor/third party processor.
  • Managing system updating for business release/mandatory release from international card schemes and local share switch.
  • Managing integration, enhancement, and new project implementation on CMS systems and other products of Digital and Technology.

Job Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree or master’s Degree in information technology/security and other related degrees.
  • English language proficiency both written and spoken.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in card management systems, switching, and international card schemes.
  • Experience in leading an implementation project of CMS system, international card scheme, and relevant product of digital and technology.
  • Strong knowledge of system & log analysis, card personalization, international card scheme processing, and knowledge simulation testing of (VISA, MasterCard, and UPI) and API.
  • Knowledge/Experience with network, security, HSM, personalization, ATM/POS/E-com, and database management (Ms. SQL server and Oracle).
  • Knowledge of programming languages, Vb.Net, Java, C#, PHP, etc., and Unix script is a plus.
  • Ability to organize and work under pressure on a timeline.
  • High commitment to delivery and willingness to learn new.
