About Prince Bank

Prince Bank Plc. started its business operations in 2015 as a private microfinance institution under the former name “Prince Finance Plc.” and was transformed into a commercial bank with license No. B 46 was granted by the National Bank of Cambodia on 18 July 2018. The head office is located at the 18th Floor, Prince Phnom Penh Tower, No. 445, Monivong Blvd., Sangkat Boeng Proluet, Khan Prampir Meakkakra, Phnom Penh.


Started business operations

The Bank is incorporated as a public limited company under business registration No. 00014627 at the Ministry of Commerce. With a strong capital base, robust technological capabilities, solid expertise, and extensive knowledge of the local market, the bank aspires to become the industry leader by offering differentiated financial solutions through a mix of channels with great convenience to our customers.

We are keen on contributing to developing small and medium enterprises that constitute a key segment of our target customers.

Currently, Prince Bank Plc. has thirty-six branches located in twenty-two provinces and cities including Phnom Penh (Head Office and 11 other locations), Battambang, Siem Reap (2 locations), Kampong Cham, Preah Sihanouk, Krong Ta Khmao, Prey Veng, Svay Rieng, Kratie, Rattanakiri, Kampong Chhnang, Preah Vihear, Takeo, Kampong Speu, Kampong Thom, Krong Poi Pet, Banteay Meanchey, Tbong Khmum, Pursat, Kampot, Stoeng Treng and Mondolkiri.

The plan is to open more physical branches throughout the year and expand our business operations across Cambodia to be more accessible to customers and to fulfill their financial needs.

The Bank offers current and savings accounts, term deposits, home loans, personal loans, business loans, and overdraft facilities.
