Position Summary
This role fully owns the retail (personal and individual) banking franchise of the bank and ensures business growth in the respective retail segments.
Job Responsibilities
- Business planning (strategic plan, budget, monthly reporting, rolling forecast)
- Budgeting and cost management (KPIs definition, profitability and costs analysis)
- Responsible for the P&L of the overall RFS franchise; both top-line and bottom-line growth
- Set up and deploy direct sales channel
- Transactional and fee income
- Collaborate with BFS, Branches and Other Channels to ensure satisfactory customer fulfilment
- Customer product-holding ratio
- Product development and profitability
- Multicultural and cross-functional management
- Play a key role in the formulation of the business's strategy
- Manage and track budget and accounting information under Retail Financial budget planning and execution
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5–7-year experience in related field and minimum 4–5-year experience in management role
- Strategic thinking, planning and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to collaborate with upper management to organize, plan and achieve company financial goals
- Exceptional time management and able to solve problems
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels
- Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability
