Mr Sim Hoy Chhoung is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Prince Bank Plc. He has 16 years of accounting, financial and banking experience from Acleda Bank, ABA Bank, Canadia Bank and other institutions. He was formerly a shareholder and a member of the Board of Directors of Japan Valuers Co. Ltd.
A graduate of B.S. Economics, he continued his study and finished his Masters of Economics at the Royal Academy of Cambodia. He also has a Masters degree in Business Administration: Concentration on International Finance taken at the prestigious International Business School of Brandeis University in MA, USA.
Furthermore, Mr Chhoung is affiliated with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants or ACCA, a subordinate of UK ACCA.
