Position Summary
This role will be responsible for developing and building professional and comprehensive business strategies to ensure a high level of engagement and best services and practices with business owners, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Work proactively on business development, promotion, and building the brand of the bank.
- Develop and build new strategic partnerships with Banks.
- Ensure a higher level of engagement with the Bank.
- Updating clients about the latest products released and sharing insights about the market.
- Negotiating deals with business owners, vendors, clients, banks, and ministries.
- Plan/ execute alliance strategies understand the client’s needs and pitch bank products.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, banking, and other related filed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style to suit customers.
- Good at negotiation skill & solving problem.
- Experience in developing detailed corporate partnership plans.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of bank products.
- Responsible for generating leads and opportunities across sectors.
