Position Summary
Manager, Non-Core Application is responsible for managing non-core applications (AML, LMS, etc.), acting as the interface between system vendors and business users. This role is to manage and drive backend applications (AML, LMS, etc.).
Job Responsibilities
- Implement and report on production systems and service operations on bank non-core applications/systems (Anti-Money Laundering Systems, Loan Management Systems, Systems, etc.)
- Monitoring and maintenance of back-end systems (non-core) to support continual services to internal staff having issues/concerns/dependencies and other internal development systems.
- Troubleshoot problems and propose solutions for issues related to the production of the above systems and validate with the respective manager before applying the validated solution.
- Provide 2nd-level technical support and collaboration with 3rd-level support having an internal development team.
- Good customer service to level 1 support and business users with high accountability to the respective assigned tickets.
- Be the interface between business and system vendors in any project technical.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related field.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Experience in System Integration environment.
- At least 2 years in IT operation/support or similar.
- Knowledge of software/web design and development (Java, C#, SOAP web service, REST API).
- Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL).
- Working knowledge of Unix / Linux commands.
- Technical knowledge of debugging performance benchmarking.
- Conceptual knowledge of communication TCP/lP-based protocols.
- Knowledge of general ITGC and Change Management in the IT environment.
- Understanding of Agile project management methodologies and DevOps.
