职位概要
Led card business and operation team to grow card business profit and ensure smooth daily operation payment, Schemes Reconciliation and settlement, fraud detections, card promotions, and card project enhancement and implementations.
工作职责

- Strategy and execute card business and project.
- Led team on the key areas (Fraud management, reconciliation, GL, operation, Dispute and complaints, embossing).
- Monitoring of Daily Business Operating.
- Lead new Project/card product implementation/enhancement.
- Manage card team and performance.
- Provide guidance on product methodology and processes.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Monitoring payment to all schemes.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
工作要求

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equal qualification in business or related field.
- English language proficiency.
- Literate in Microsoft software.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cards from commercial banks with at least 2 years of management experience in a complex or fast-moving environment.
- Very good knowledge of product development, product delivery, and business performance analysis
- Advanced communication, collaboration, coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Good financial projection, risk management, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Card system knowledge.
