Develop and execute strategies to grow merchant services revenue and meet sales targets. Manage client relationships and retain profitable accounts. Ensure products are competitive, priced correctly and meet company objectives.
工作职责

- Grow merchant services revenue through new client acquisition, enhancing customer experience, and expanding product offerings to existing clients.
- Proactively retain and deepen relationships with existing merchant clients to increase cross-sales and drive loyalty.
- Develop and implement client retention strategies focused on understanding and resolving client needs.
- Forecast sales performance and benchmark against the market to identify growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Perform merchant onboarding while ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
- Review merchant discount rates and fees to ensure reasonableness and competitiveness.
- Build and maintain referral networks to generate qualified sales leads.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and roadshows to promote merchant services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
工作要求

- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 1 year of experience selling merchant banking solutions to small and medium businesses.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
