This role is responsible for leading and executing seasonal product strategies for the company, as well as direction and management of products, including market competitiveness and pricing. The role requires strength in delivering and driving products that align with company objectives and financial goals, with sales targets.
工作职责
- Drive mortgage loan sales to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Manage a team of loan officers or sales executives, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral partners.
- Ensure accurate processing of loan applications, including verification of documents and compliance with policies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor products to adapt and enhance offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to mortgage lending.
- Handles escalate customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth disbursal of loans.
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline, and forecast.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
工作要求
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage/home loan.
- In-depth understanding of loan products, legal and technical due diligence, and credit appraisal.
- Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
