职位概要
The Manager, Digital Business Support’s responsibility is to ensure the team has test cases for product enhancement. Those include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting test cases and inspections, identifying issues, processes, or tested issues, and proposing solutions.
工作职责

- Create test cases, processes, and policies for quality product checking.
- Handle the tasks of gathering technical and functional specifications of the application to provide effective support in testing procedures.
- Assigned responsibilities of identifying unexpected issues after the integration of new modules in the application
- Responsible for testing the modules and parts of the application to ensure that it functions properly.
- Create merchant profile, request UAT product code, and production arrangement per test case situation.
- Conclude the test result for Digital Technology and Digital Operations to carry on the next step process Support digital operations as requested by the Line Manager.
工作要求

- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or Finance & Accounting
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
- Familiarity with QA integration or Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to learn new languages and technologies.
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Demonstrable experience in Testing applications.
- Good conceptualization and analytical skills.
- Experience working at a software company, MFI, or Banking.
- Experience with databases (oracle, sql server, mysql…). (optional)
- 1+ years’ experience related to software development (PHP,Java,Net,C#, MySQL, HTML, CSS, jQuery, etc.).(optional)"
