职位概要
This role is responsible for managing on BCP, DRP, Incident Management, operational loss, operational fraud, and bank operational risk profile.
工作职责
- Prepare operational risk framework and BCP as well as relevant operational guidelines/processes.
- Develop Operational Risk Indicators and key operational processes as well as monitor inchwide KRI.
- Prepare and report periodically Institutional Risk Profile Dashboard.
- Oversee Loss Event Data (LED) Handling.
- Assess operational risk on the establishment of policy/guideline/process, new product/service, or technology in accordance with the prevailing framework.
- Plan periodic Control Self-Assessments.
- Develop a BCP scenario.
- Oversight enterprise fraud.
- Handling operational risk reporting for both management and board level.
工作要求
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (master’s degree is preferred).
- Relevant certified courses are an advantage.
- Professional training in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in risk management within the banking industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- At least 1 year of experience in an analytics role.
