Develop and execute strategies to grow merchant services revenue and meet sales targets. Manage client relationships and retain profitable accounts. Ensure products are competitive, priced correctly and meet company objectives.
工作职责
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the auto loan portfolio.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships and vehicle vendors.
- Must achieve disbursement targets with quality customers.
- Assess and approve/recommend auto loan applications based on credit policies and risk assessment.
- Ensure timely processing, documentation, and disbursal of loans.
- Monitor delinquency, collections, and overall portfolio performance.
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and collections teams for smooth functioning.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on auto finance trends and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and performance feedback to the lending team.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
工作要求
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Auto loan.
- In-depth understanding of loan products, legal and technical due diligence, and credit appraisal.
- Knowledge of local Auto markets and regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
