Position Summary
Be responsible to oversee and lead the investigation department to ensure its objective achievement and adding value to the bank. S/he should have a strong understanding of how to manage and lead all auditors to complete all auditing projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement Internal Charter, policy, investigation manual, and fraud risk assessment manual for a desired outcome,
- Implement a fraud risk assessment manual and conduct fraud risk reviews with due professional care,
- Conduct fraud risk assessment under line management's instructions to identify high-risk areas.
- Prepare draft reports of fraud risk review and/or investigation and submit them to line management for subsequent reviews,
- Be responsible for the review, implementation, and evaluation of relevant procedures to ensure fraud risk review and investigation engagements are being conducted to the highest professional standards,
- Assist line management in drafting an annual risk-based plan of fraud risk assessment review for management reviewing,
- Create a checklist, fraud risk review programs as the supporting working papers for fraud risk review engagements,
- Plan the special skills needed to execute the fraud risk review and specific investigation engagements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree(s) related to accounting, finance, laws, technology, or the equivalent combination of Education.
- English proficiency: Very good in both speaking and writing.
- At least 2 years of auditing and/or investigating field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook, and Preferable to have experience with other software.
- Committed to self-development.
- Proficient understanding of the standards of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and ability to comply with IIA standards or related frameworks/standards such as COSO, Risk Management etc.
