Position Summary
This role is responsible for checking and reviewing all credit post approval to ensure the credit quality is met by both internal and external rules and standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare lesson-learned reports of the issues finding and share them with related stakeholders to improve the quality of application submission and assessment.
- Review and check all approved loans to ensure compliance with internal and external policies and guidelines.
- Manage and control credit-related fraudulent of banks.
- Recommend changes in credit-related processes to reduce the credit risk profile of the bank to the direct supervisor.
- Review and update credit policy and guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Business administration or Management or equivalent (Master's Degree is preferred)
- Other related certified courses are preferred.
- Professional Training in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel and Macro.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a credit-related management role in the banking industry.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Credit Assessment role.
- Excellent in English proficiency both verbal and written, and Chinese is a plus.
